• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and financial analysis techniques to contribute to the model's knowledge base.
• Conduct thorough research on specific financial topics as needed to support the AI model's training.
• Provide clear, detailed feedback on the model's performance to facilitate iterative improvements.

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a closely related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or Series licenses are highly valued.
• Experience in trading floors, financial analysis, or compliance projects, with a deep understanding of investment strategies, risk management, derivatives trading, portfolio analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Experience with AI or machine learning, particularly in training models, is a significant plus.
• Strong digital skills, including proficiency in financial software and tools.
