About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales growth in the Pays de Loire region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor clients
  • Work closely with the entire business unit to drive sales growth and develop ambitious sales plans
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve commercial targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Provide training and support to clients on Syngenta's products and services
  • Manage and report on sales performance, including sales data and market trends
  • Identify and mitigate risks to achieve commercial targets
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the agricultural market and industry trends

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or commercial role in the agricultural industry
  • Strong knowledge of the agricultural market and industry trends
  • Experience in developing and executing commercial strategies and sales plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Digital skills, including proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluency in French and English
