About the Role
The Account Director position at Virtual Identity AG is a client-facing role that requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for understanding clients' needs and developing tailored digital solutions to meet their goals. This role is not a team lead position, but rather a client lead position that focuses on delivering exceptional service and expertise to drive business growth.In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify opportunities and challenges in their digital customer journey. You will leverage your expertise in digital solutions to develop and implement effective strategies that drive results. Your ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions to clients will be essential in building trust and credibility.

What You Will Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored digital solutions
- Develop and implement effective digital strategies to drive business growth and meet client goals
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to communicate solutions and results
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver digital solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Develop and manage client proposals and pitches
- Work closely with the Client Partner Team to drive business growth and expand client relationships
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies to ensure innovative solutions
- Manage and resolve client complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's industry and market
What We Are Looking For
- Strong client orientation and at least 6 years of professional experience in client service management, account management, or consulting
- Successfully completed university degree in engineering, economics, or a similar field
- Strong English and German language skills, both written and spoken
- Experience working in a digital solutions environment, with a strong understanding of the digital customer journey
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with digital tools and technologies, such as project management software and data analytics platforms
