About the Role

The (Senior) Account Director / Client Partner Digital Solutions is a client lead position, responsible for nurturing relationships with clients and providing expert advice on digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build close and trusting relationships with managed clients
  • Consult clients on identifying and utilizing opportunities along their customers' digital customer journey
  • Expand business relationships with several clients
  • Prepare proposals and contribute to the agency's annual purchase order volume

Requirements

  • Strong client orientation and at least 6 years of professional experience in client service management, account management, or consulting
  • Successfully completed university degree in engineering, economics, or a similar field
  • Proficient English skills and very good German language skills (written and spoken)
