About the Role
The Senior Account Executive, Affiliate Brand Partnerships, is a pivotal role at StackCommerce, focused on building, nurturing, and expanding affiliate influencer relationships that drive revenue growth. This position requires a deep understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape, a strong network of existing relationships, and the ability to create and execute strategic plans that benefit both brands and influencers. As a senior member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing up to 100 brand accounts, developing and implementing renewal strategies, and identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.The role is part of a dynamic team that works closely with the sales, editorial, and influencer teams to drive business growth. What You Will Do
- Manage a portfolio of up to 100 brand accounts, serving as the day-to-day and strategic lead.
- Develop and maintain strong, proactive relationships with brands and influencers to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and monthly calls with top brands to discuss strategies, performance, and future opportunities.
- Identify, pursue, and secure flat fee investments and commission increases aligned with revenue goals.
- Participate in weekly sales, editorial, and influencer team meetings to align strategies and share insights.
- Own and manage the pipeline, ensuring it is clean, current, and moving forward.
- Respond to inbound leads within 48 business hours and track proposals in HubSpot.
- Submit weekly forecasting projections and maintain accurate account data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive brand partnerships and content opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate at-risk accounts and drive renewals.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline tasks, such as drafting proposals and summarizing calls, to focus on high-value account work.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing sales and brand partnerships, with a strong preference for influencer marketing experience.
- Existing relationships with affiliate and influencer budget holders, with a strong rolodex being a significant advantage.
- Fluency in affiliate networks and platforms, including Impact, CJ, Awin, Rakuten, LTK, shopMy, and Amazon Influencer.
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue goals, with a focus on strategic growth.
- Strong communication and proposal skills, with the ability to tell a story with data.
- Experience with HubSpot and data analysis, with an understanding of how to use data to drive decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree required, with a degree in marketing, business, or a related field being preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, with minimal hand-holding.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
