About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive at Fivetran, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the enterprise segment. You will partner with leading enterprise customers in the Retail, Consumer Goods, and Travel industries to understand their needs, deliver solutions, and build long-term relationships that drive mutual success. Your day-to-day will involve managing a full sales cycle, developing new opportunities, and collaborating across teams to achieve results.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to learn the fundamentals of Fivetran's technology, sales cycle, and customer base within your first 30 days.

What You Will Do
- Contribute to Fivetran's growth in the enterprise segment
- Learn the fundamentals of Fivetran's technology, sales cycle, and customer base within your first 30 days
- Consistently achieve quarterly revenue goals while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach
- Forecast and manage your sales pipeline with accuracy
- Collaborate with teammates by sharing insights, tactics, and best practices
- Build pipeline opportunities by establishing relationships with prospects and clients, and by working with technology partners and GSIs
- Strategically engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and technical users
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success at every stage
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the data pipeline or technology industry
- Strong understanding of the sales process and sales methodology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Salesforce and Excel
- Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the enterprise sales landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with Clari, Gong, Looker, Demandware, Ironclad, or Workday
- Knowledge of data pipeline technology and the modern data stack
- Certification in sales or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
