## About the Role As a Senior Account Executive at Justworks, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's user base in the SF/Bay Area, LA, Orange County, and San Diego regions. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the PEO sales landscape and a proven track record of success in closing deals. You will be the face of Justworks, building trust with business owners and evangelizing the company's product suite to the small business world. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of relationships that can be leveraged immediately, as well as the ability to prospect for new business through market research, sales tools, and cold outreach. You will be an ambassador for Justworks, gaining an intimate and comprehensive knowledge of the company's product suite to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential customers. The role will involve managing a complete end-to-end sales pipeline, from prospecting to close, and consistently exceeding quotas. You will be responsible for owning the pipeline, hunting for new business, and leveraging your network to generate leads.
## What You Will Do - Own the pipeline: manage all activities required to win, from prospecting to close - Hunt for new business: proactively prospect for new business through market research, sales tools, and cold outreach - Leverage your network: build and nurture relationships with channel partners, especially brokers - Be a PEO expert: gain an intimate and comprehensive knowledge of Justworks' product suite to effectively communicate its value proposition - Advocate for the customer: be the voice of future customers, suggesting innovative ideas to improve the customer experience - Expand your territory: research and establish a dominant presence in your assigned territory, developing a strategic plan to connect with the entrepreneurial community - Manage your book of business: build and manage a complete end-to-end sales pipeline, consistently exceeding quotas - Collaborate with the sales team: work closely with the sales team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise - Stay up-to-date with industry trends: continuously update your knowledge of the PEO space, staying informed about the latest developments and innovations
## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the PEO space - Proven track record of success in closing deals and consistently exceeding quotas - Strong network of relationships that can be leveraged immediately - Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing
