You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and understanding of Mercury's products. The role requires a strong ability to work independently, with a focus on building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline of potential clients.

As part of the Mercury team, you will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The company is committed to innovation and customer satisfaction, and as such, you will be expected to be agile, adaptable, and continuously looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes. Your input and insights will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the company.

The role is quota-carrying and consultative, requiring a deep understanding of sales principles, financial operations, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. You will be working closely with the SDR team, Account Management, Partnerships, Marketing, and Product to drive sales growth and expand Mercury's customer base.

What You Will Do

  • Drive a strong pipeline of high-velocity deals, ensuring control over time and competing priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Partnerships, Marketing, and Product, to win complex deals and unlock new segments.
  • Provide structured feedback and ideas from the field to improve go-to-market motions, processes, and products.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales strategies.

What We Are Looking For
