About the Role

The Senior Account Executive position at Zeta Global is a critical role focused on driving new enterprise revenue by helping retailers and commerce companies transform their customer engagement strategies. This involves leveraging Zeta's AI-powered Marketing Platform to increase lifetime value and unlock first-party data as a strategic asset. The role requires deep expertise in MarTech and customer data strategy, as well as the ability to lead conversations around customer data unification and lifecycle marketing.

Day-to-day, the successful candidate will develop and execute account strategies targeting large retailers and omnichannel brands, consistently exceeding quota across complex, multi-product deals. The position involves working closely with enterprise customers to understand their unique challenges and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth across retail and commerce accounts
  • Lead conversations around customer data unification, lifecycle marketing, and personalization
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and with net-new customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions for customers
  • Conduct demos and presentations of Zeta's Marketing Platform to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise customers
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, applying insights to improve sales strategies
  • Provide feedback and insights to product and marketing teams to improve the platform and services
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients

What We Are Looking For

  • Deep experience selling into retailers and eCommerce organizations, with a strong track record of success
  • Strong expertise in MarTech and customer data strategy, including CRM and CDP solutions
  • Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles and negotiate large deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of Zeta's platform
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analyzing customer data and developing insights
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, sales, or business administration
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field, with a focus on enterprise software or marketing technology
