About the Role

The Senior Account Executive role at Visible is a key position that requires a high level of autonomy, ownership, and a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas. As a senior account executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying and targeting ideal customers, and managing the full sales process end-to-end. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging your expertise in HubSpot and Excel to analyze sales data and optimize sales performance.

The role is fully remote, with the option to work from San Francisco, New York City, or Boston. As a member of the Visible team, you will be part of a lean and efficient organization that values ownership, flexibility, and teamwork. What You Will Do

  • Own new revenue for Visible, driving sales growth and expanding the customer base
  • Understand the ideal customer profile, including fund finance and ops leaders, and develop targeted sales strategies to meet their needs
  • Close inbound pipeline and manage a disciplined 30-60 day sales cycle
  • Identify and target ideal customers, leveraging HubSpot CRM to track sales activity and performance
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, working closely with the sales team to optimize sales performance
  • Bring new and informed ideas to the team, carrying them through to execution and driving proactive outbound outreach
  • Leverage AI tools to increase output and automate sales processes
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies, sharing best practices and expertise
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience working in a startup environment, with the ability to execute process improvements independently
  • Demonstrated ability to skillfully uncover a prospect's true roadblocks and thoughtfully speak to how a solution fits into their current workflows
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and Excel, with the ability to analyze sales data and optimize sales performance
  • Tech and product savvy, with the ability to quickly master and confidently demo software
  • AI-fluent, with a working understanding of modern AI tools and the ability to leverage them to increase output

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling fund administration tools, working in the venture capital ecosystem, and/or selling to CFO or General Partner persona
  • Knowledge of the venture capital landscape, including key trends and challenges
  • Experience working with a remote team, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a distributed environment
  • Certification in sales or a related field, such as HubSpot Sales or Salesforce
