## About the Role As a Senior Account Executive at TripleTen, you will be an integral part of the company's sales team, working closely with colleagues to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, qualifying, and closing new sales, while also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. ## What You Will Do - Operate as a full-cycle sales person, qualifying leads and closing sales - Present and articulate TripleTen's value proposition, product features, and benefits to customers - Work closely with sales managers to close deals and meet or exceed quotas - Collaborate with marketing teams to improve the sales pipeline and contribute to analysis of wins and losses - Maintain accurate documentation of leads and sales using HubSpot - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets - Identify and pursue new business opportunities - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients - Provide exceptional customer service and support - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity - Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team discussions

## What We Are Looking For - 1-3 years of B2C sales experience in a commission-rewarded environment - Demonstrated record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English - Ability to build rapport with leads and customers - Sharp business acumen and prior experience using HubSpot - Passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals - Excellent team player who puts the mission above themselves - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

## Nice to Have - Experience selling into the US market - Industry background in insurance, real estate, high-end retail, or similar - Certification in sales or a related field - Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
