About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Western Europe Sales team in Germany. The successful candidate will collaborate with potential customers to understand their needs and objectives, determining how our company can assist them.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new enterprise companies across Western Europe, focusing on France
  • Build and maintain an effective pipeline through self-directed prospecting and working with internal Business Development Representative resources
  • Develop, maintain, and review territory plans to meet business goals
  • Run full sales cycles from account planning to discovery, qualification, contract negotiation, and close
  • Take a consultative approach with senior executives to map value, develop business cases, and drive Digital Transformation conversations

  • Proven track record of success in selling SaaS within the wider Contact Center or Conversational AI environment
