About the Role

The Senior Account Manager role at Branch is a pivotal position that combines account management, sales, and technical acumen to drive business growth in the ANZ region. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their objectives. This role matters because it directly contributes to the company's revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

As part of the Branch team, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, and technical support to ensure that client needs are met and that Branch's solutions are appropriately positioned to help clients achieve their goals.

Reporting into the regional sales leadership, you will be expected to provide regular updates on your portfolio, identify new sales opportunities, and collaborate with the team to drive account growth.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of clients in the ANZ region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and present solutions that address these needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement account plans that align with client objectives and Branch's business goals.
  • Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze client data, identify trends, and present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Lead projects related to account management, including the coordination of sales efforts, customer success initiatives, and technical implementations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base and contribute to the growth of Branch's customer portfolio.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Participate in the development of sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a related field, preferably in the digital marketing or software industry.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, with excellent client management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including paid media, and the ability to articulate the value proposition of Branch's solutions.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to lead projects and interact with global teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and analyze large data sets.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of accountability, with a bias for action and a results-driven approach.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Korean-speaking clients or in a Korean-speaking market, with the ability to communicate effectively in Korean.
  • Knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand markets, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Certification in sales, account management, or a related field, such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and marketing automation tools.
