About the Role

The Senior Account Manager, Commercial at Ramp is responsible for driving deep product adoption, spend activation, and long-term strategic growth across a portfolio of commercial customers. This role goes beyond day-to-day account management, leading executive-level conversations and proactively identifying opportunities to expand Ramp's footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with decision makers and executive stakeholders
  • Conduct consultative discovery to uncover customer needs and position solutions
  • Own retention, adoption, and expansion across the portfolio
  • Develop and execute multi-threaded account strategies
  • Lead high-impact Executive Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs)
