Job Description

About the Role

LearnCube is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team, focusing on the DACH region. This role involves managing client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Account Executive in late-stage sales processes with DACH customers
  • Participate in discovery and handover calls to ensure a smooth transition
  • Take full responsibility for daily account management after onboarding
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value realization
  • Lead renewal conversations and commercial negotiations
  • Identify and implement expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in account management or customer success, with 2 years of independent responsibility
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills
  • Fluency in German is required
  • Ability to work remotely, with a time zone within CET ± 1 hour
