What You Will Do
- Manage a portfolio of marketing agency clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction

- Oversee campaign delivery across channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media
- Analyze campaign performance, presenting insights, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand services and increase account value
- Collaborate with internal teams, including PPC, SEO, creative, and content, to ensure campaign success
- Conduct regular strategy calls, quarterly business reviews, and performance updates
- Track client KPIs, revenue growth, and account health using CRM and analytics tools
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and market trends
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing, applying this knowledge to enhance campaign performance
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management within a US marketing or digital agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts with US-based businesses
- Commercial mindset with a track record of revenue growth and client retention
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with US clients and stakeholders
- Experience with CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and reporting tools
