About the Role

The Senior Account Manager position at BM Digital is a key role that involves managing paid media campaigns for a range of clients. This role entails working closely with the client services team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of account managers and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless campaign execution. What You Will Do

  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta, and other social media platforms
  • Collaborate with the client services team to understand client objectives and develop tailored campaign strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize future campaigns
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop campaign assets, including ad copy and visuals
  • Conduct regular campaign performance reviews with clients and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid media
  • Lead a team of account managers and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta, and other social media platforms
  • Experience in managing and optimizing campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in leading a team of account managers and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to think strategically
  • Experience with campaign management tools, such as Google Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics and Excel
  • Certification in Google Ads or other paid media platforms
  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they impact paid media campaigns
