About the Role

The Senior Account Manager position at BM Digital is a critical role that involves overseeing paid media campaigns across various channels, including social media, search, and display advertising. As a key member of the digital marketing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing campaign strategies that drive ROI and meet client objectives. The role entails close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative, data analytics, and account planning, to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization.

The Senior Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance, campaign updates, and performance analysis. They will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, driving revenue growth and expanding existing client relationships. With a strong focus on digital skills, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media advertising channels.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search, and display advertising
  • Conduct market research and analyze campaign data to inform strategy and optimization decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, data analytics, and account planning, to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Provide strategic guidance and campaign updates to clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure ROI and meet client objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding existing client relationships
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Participate in brainstorms and concept development, contributing to the creation of innovative and effective marketing solutions

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, with a focus on digital advertising and campaign management
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media advertising channels
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaign budgets to ensure ROI and meet client objectives
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data and inform strategy decisions
  • Experience with data analytics tools, including Google Analytics and other campaign measurement platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including targeting, segmentation, and personalization
  • Experience with creative asset development, including video, image, and copywriting
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell services

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, including Marketo and other email marketing tools
  • Knowledge of programming languages, including JavaScript and HTML/CSS
  • Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and other data visualization platforms
  • Certification in paid media, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
