About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, Paid Search at DEPT, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing paid search strategies for clients across various industries. What You Will Do

  • Develop and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analyze competitor strategies
  • Optimize campaign performance for ROI, ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid search with broader marketing strategies
  • Analyze campaign data to inform future strategy and optimization decisions
  • Manage and report on campaign budget, ensuring efficient spend and maximizing returns
  • Stay updated on the latest paid search trends, tools, and best practices
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on paid search opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in paid search marketing, with a focus on campaign management and optimization
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing paid search campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and other paid search platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how paid search fits into the broader marketing mix
  • Experience with campaign management tools and platforms
  • Certification in Google Ads or other paid search platforms is a plus
