About the Role
As a Senior Account Strategist for Paid Media at Directive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies for SaaS clients. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing a collection of paid media accounts, serving as the direct point of contact for clients, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of paid media deliverables. This role is critical in driving referrals through client relationships and professional networks, and you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors alike.The role of a Senior Account Strategist at Directive is multifaceted, requiring a deep understanding of client positioning, unique value propositions, and the ability to create and manage custom client strategies. You will work closely with the Associate Director to ensure that internal and client goals are being achieved, and you will be responsible for driving personal productivity and utilization.

What You Will Do
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of paid media accounts for SaaS clients
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that align with client goals and objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and insights on campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of paid media deliverables
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and professional networks
- Conduct weekly communications with vendors and operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks and work quality
- Drive referrals through client relationships and professional networks
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channels
- Develop and execute PPC advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel to make data-driven decisions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM and ensure that campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience working in a performance or digital marketing agency, with a focus on paid media
- Proven expertise in developing and executing paid media strategies for SaaS clients
- Strong understanding of paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to drive results and measure success through metrics like OCT
- Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- A unique perspective on how to drive value for SaaS clients
Nice to Have
- Experience working with programmatic campaigns and understanding of their value
- Familiarity with GA4 and its application in paid media campaigns
- Knowledge of Excel and its application in data analysis and campaign optimization
- Certification in Google Ads or other paid media platforms
