Job Description

About the Role

Netlify's Accounting team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in owning critical areas of the month-end close process and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Own key components of the month-end close process, including prepaids and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Build and maintain reliable reconciliation and reporting processes
  • Prepare journal entries with clear supporting documentation
  • Partner with the Controller to manage close timelines and address technical accounting questions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and accounting principles
