About the Role
Join DoorDash as a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst in a flexible remote capacity. You will manage multiple aspects of accounts payable, working closely with teams in Mexico and the US, ensuring smooth operations and vendor support.Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Accounts Payable BPO team
- Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing
- Conduct performance reviews and provide team training
- Review and approve invoices, vendor statements, and exceptions
- Perform regular audits of processed invoices
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Support training sessions for internal teams on accounting tools
