About the Role

As a Senior AI Agent Architect at Lemon.io, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions for our clients. You'll work closely with our community of developers from over 71 countries, collaborating on projects that push the boundaries of what's possible with AI. Your day-to-day will involve communicating directly with clients, understanding their needs, and developing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the development of our AI capabilities, and you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from multi-agent systems to AI-powered automation. You'll be part of a fast-paced environment that values innovation, creativity, and technical excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions for clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate AI models
  • Develop and maintain large-scale AI systems, ensuring scalability and reliability
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Work with our community of developers to share knowledge and best practices
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI systems
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI
  • Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure seamless deployment of AI models

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of commercial experience applying AI to practical technology solutions
  • 3+ years of experience with Python
  • At least 3 years of experience working with LLMs
  • Familiarity with multi-agent system architectures, AI agent orchestration, and AI telemetry
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to create projects from scratch
  • Clear and effective communication in English, with the ability to discuss business tasks and justify decisions
  • Good self-presentation and self-organizational skills
  • Reliability and adaptability, with the ability to work full-time remotely with no supervision
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for AI systems
