About the Role
As a Senior AI Architect at o9 Solutions, Inc., you will play a crucial role in transforming the future of enterprise planning. You will be responsible for architecting the hybrid systems that seamlessly blend large language models with deterministic, constraint-based planning engines. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's mission to be the most value-creating platform for enterprises.The role is part of o9's restructuring effort to upgrade its technology organization and drive a streamlined, R&D-focused powerhouse. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of the neurosymbolic AI platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in setting the technical standard for AI implementation across the entire engineering organization.

What You Will Do
- Architect the neurosymbolic platform, blending large language models with deterministic, constraint-based planning engines
- Set the technical standard for AI implementation across the engineering organization
- Evaluate, benchmark, and integrate state-of-the-art models, agentic workflows, and vector infrastructures into the core o9 platform
- Serve as the ultimate technical court of appeal for complex AI engineering roadblocks
- Develop the foundational architecture for o9's neurosymbolic AI engine
- Create the framework and blueprints for hundreds of product engineers to ship AI-driven capabilities
- Continually assess and improve the performance of the AI platform
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in AI architecture, with a focus on neurosymbolic AI
- Strong expertise in large language models, symbolic computation, and constraint-based planning
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product engineering and R&D
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and supply chain planning
- Excellent technical leadership and communication skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines
