About the Role

The Senior AI Consultant/GenAI Product Owner role at Hiflylabs is a unique opportunity to lead AI-driven transformation in financial services. As a thought leader, you will shape enterprise-wide Data & AI strategies with a strong focus on Generative AI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, ML experts, and business leaders, to drive the end-to-end development of GenAI solutions. The role entails defining AI-powered banking solutions that align technology advancements with customer needs and business objectives, guiding C-level stakeholders through AI adoption, and overseeing project scopes, planning, and execution.

What You Will Do

  • Lead AI-driven transformation in financial services, shaping enterprise-wide Data & AI strategies with a strong focus on Generative AI
  • Define AI-powered banking solutions that align technology advancements with customer needs and business objectives
  • Guide C-level stakeholders through AI adoption, regulatory considerations, and value-driven implementations
  • Own the AI product vision, driving the end-to-end development of GenAI solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, ML experts, and business leaders
  • Oversee project scopes, planning, and execution, ensuring that AI solutions deliver measurable impact
  • Deliver AI & data solutions, supporting data visualization, model development, and AI application rollouts
  • Enhance Hiflylabs' AI offerings, leading research and strategy development for new GenAI solutions in financial services
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new GenAI solutions
  • Establish strong relationships with senior banking executives, guiding them through AI adoption and value-driven implementations

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-5 years of experience in AI-driven product management, consulting, or financial services
  • Expertise in AI & data analytics, with experience deploying Generative AI solutions
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to translate business challenges into AI-powered opportunities
  • Advanced presentation and storytelling skills for AI solutions
  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
  • High adaptability, proactive mindset, and a passion for AI innovation

Nice to Have

  • Experience at Big 4 consulting firms or as a strategic advisor in financial services
  • Domain knowledge beyond banking (e.g., telecom, healthcare, retail, energy)
  • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, or GenAI tools
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Understanding of data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory frameworks
