## What You Will Do - Apply AI and machine learning concepts to real-world problems, developing innovative solutions for clients - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, identifying opportunities for AI-driven growth - Design, develop, and deploy AI models, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems - Work with large language models, such as OpenAI, to drive business success - Develop and maintain datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity - Communicate complex AI concepts to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations - Participate in project planning, contributing to the development of project scope, timelines, and deliverables - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive innovation

## What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of commercial experience applying AI to practical technology solutions - 3+ years of experience with Python, as well as experience with other programming languages commonly used in AI - Strong technical skills, including the ability to create projects from scratch and a deep understanding of application architecture - Clear and effective communication in English, with advanced ability to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and communicate issues - Strong self-organizational skills, with the ability to work full-time remotely with no supervision - Reliability, adaptability, and flexibility, with the ability to onboard projects promptly and deliver results quickly - Experience working with cloud platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure - Familiarity with AI development tools and frameworks, such as LangChain and OpenAI

## Nice to Have - Experience working with startups or fast-paced technology companies - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes - Familiarity with data annotation tools and platforms - Experience working with agile development methodologies - Certification in AI or machine learning, such as Stanford CS229 or Andrew Ng's Machine Learning course
