About the Role

As a Senior AI Engineer or Data Scientist at Lemon.io, you will be working on cutting-edge projects that leverage artificial intelligence to drive business growth and innovation. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and shipping AI agents, collaborating with clients, and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You will be working in a remote setup, with the flexibility to choose your schedule and work at your own pace.

The role entails a high degree of autonomy, with minimal overlap with team members and no micromanagement. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality results, meeting project deadlines, and providing technical guidance to clients. Your input will be invaluable in shaping the direction of AI and data science projects, and you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of startups and businesses.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and deploy AI models using Python, TensorFlow, and other relevant tools
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored AI solutions
  • Design and implement AI agents that can interact with users and provide valuable insights
  • Work with large datasets to analyze trends, identify patterns, and develop predictive models
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including clients and team members
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI projects
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to junior engineers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning
  • Develop and implement data pipelines to support AI model development
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with existing products and services

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of commercial experience in AI engineering or data science
  • Strong expertise in Python, with experience in other programming languages a plus
  • Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in a remote setup, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong self-organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI development frameworks such as LangChain or OpenAI
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins
