About the Role
Binance is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join its Engineering Productivity team. The successful candidate will design and implement AI-powered tools and systems to improve engineering efficiency across the organization.Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered developer tools to improve engineering efficiency
- Develop and deploy LLM-based applications to streamline internal workflows
- Build and optimize AI-assisted CI/CD pipelines
- Create internal knowledge retrieval systems enabling engineers to quickly search and understand codebases
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and solid programming skills in Python
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI coding assistants or developer productivity tools
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
