What You Will Do
- Design and develop AI models and systems using Python and other relevant programming languages.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their AI needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into larger systems.
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and incorporate these into your work.
- Develop and maintain large-scale AI applications, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Implement automated testing and deployment scripts for AI models.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adhere to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI systems and models.

What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 3+ years of commercial experience applying AI to practical technology solutions.
- A solid understanding of Python and experience with other programming languages commonly used in AI.
- Experience with Vector Databases, Pinecone, or Weaviate is required.
- At least 2+ years of experience with LangChain is mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience with large language models (LLMs) or vLLMs is required.
- Experience with RAG or OpenAI is necessary.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to create projects from scratch and a deep understanding of application architecture.
- Clear and effective communication in English, with the ability to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and communicate issues.
- Good self-presentation is essential for upcoming client calls.
- Strong self-organizational skills, with the ability to work full-time remotely with no supervision.
- Reliability and adaptability, with the ability to onboard projects promptly and start delivering results quickly.
