Senior AI Fullstack Engineer

About the Role

The role entails working closely with a lean team, requiring comfort in a fast-paced startup environment where agility and adaptability are key. You will be responsible for ensuring that the full stack, from the mobile experience to the AI-powered infrastructure, operates seamlessly. Your expertise in React Native, TypeScript, and AI/LLM will be crucial in driving the development of the platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex fullstack projects and experience working with cutting-edge technologies.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain the full stack of the corporate travel platform, including the React Native mobile app, TypeScript backend services, and the AI/LLM layer.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the platform, troubleshooting issues as they arise and implementing fixes.
• Collaborate with the team to define and implement the technical roadmap for the platform.
• Develop and maintain the AI/LLM layer, integrating it with the rest of the stack to provide a seamless user experience.
• Work with the Mastra agent orchestration framework and LangChain to power the multi-agent infrastructure.
• Implement AI-augmented development practices to enhance the platform's capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure the highest quality of code and adherence to best practices.
• Contribute to the development of the platform's architecture, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, LLM, and fullstack engineering, applying this knowledge to improve the platform.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack engineering, with a strong focus on React Native and TypeScript.
• Proven track record of delivering complex fullstack projects, preferably in a lean startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and AI/LLM development.
• Experience with Mastra as an agent orchestration framework and LangChain.
• Ability to work as a full engineering team member, contributing to the team's growth and strategy.
• Strong understanding of AI/LLM technologies and their applications in corporate travel.
• Experience working in a remote-first environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
