About the Role

The Senior AI Product Owner role at Ascensus is a critical position that entails defining, prioritizing, and driving the execution of platform capabilities that turn modern AI technology into practical, reliable, and measurable business value. As a senior product owner, you will be responsible for leading multiple scrum teams and partnering with various stakeholders to deliver production-grade AI capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technology, product ownership, and technical complexity, as well as the ability to balance business outcomes, user needs, and team effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have strong product ownership experience in technology-driven environments, with a proven track record of overseeing product direction and backlog health across multiple scrum teams. You will be working closely with software engineers, DevOps engineers, support engineers, architects, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered solutions that meet customer needs.

What You Will Do

  • Define and maintain the roadmap for Enterprise AI Platform capabilities
  • Prioritize team backlogs based on business value, user impact, risk, dependencies, and platform strategy
  • Translate business needs into clear epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes
  • Represent users, internal customers, and stakeholders throughout planning, delivery, validation, and release
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, AI, support, operations, and business teams to deliver production-grade AI capabilities
  • Stay informed on emerging AI tools, models, workflows, and platform patterns
  • Partner with technical teams to shape demos, POCs, pilots, and early concepts that validate value before larger investment
  • Help teams operate effectively by applying Agile practices pragmatically, not performatively
  • Use AI-assisted prototyping to help teams validate ideas quickly and focus on the highest-value opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI-powered solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for AI platform capabilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions meet business requirements and customer needs

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong product ownership experience in technology-driven environments
