Job Description

About the Role

The Senior Analyst, Analytics and Insights, will play a pivotal role in Zeta Global's programmatic team, driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing campaign performance. This role entails working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and implement analytics solutions that meet business objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in programmatic analytics, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

As a key member of the analytics team, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges. This will involve developing and maintaining complex data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making. The role will also involve collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to inform campaign optimization strategies.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain complex data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges, and present findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and implement analytics solutions
  • Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to inform campaign optimization strategies
  • Work closely with the programmatic team to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI
  • Develop and maintain documentation of analytics processes and methodologies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in programmatic analytics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize analytics projects and initiatives
  • Develop and deliver training and support to stakeholders on analytics tools and methodologies

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in programmatic analytics or a related field
  • Strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and data visualization
  • Proficiency in programmatic platforms, such as Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, or similar
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and opportunities
  • Experience with SQL and database management
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

  • Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, R, or Julia
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
  • Certification in programmatic analytics or a related field
