What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain native Android and iOS apps using Kotlin, Java, and other programming languages
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and your development team to deliver high-quality products and services
• Work closely with clients to solve their business challenges and deliver solutions that meet their needs
• Apply Agile values to your work and understand how they can add to your team's success
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that solves business problems quickly
• Develop and maintain software using clean architecture patterns such as MVVM
• Create automated unit tests and ensure quality in your code
• Work with Jetpack libraries and other modern software development tools
• Develop and launch native Android and iOS apps to Google Play and Apple App Store
• Understand the ins and outs of fragments, animation, threading, and the latest Android SDKs
• Integrate and customize the Backbase digital banking platform for credit unions
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in an Android or iOS Developer role
• 3+ years of experience in Angular development
• Experience integrating and customizing the Backbase digital banking platform for credit unions
• Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies like Scrum
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Hands-on experience with clean architecture patterns such as MVVM
• Solid understanding of proper code documentation, automation, and knowledge of the modern software development life cycle
• Experience with CI/CD with Bitrise or Jenkins, automation, and scripting

Nice to Have

• Experience in the financial services industry or professional services
• Experience with reactive programming using RxJava
• Experience developing and maintaining software using Kotlin and Java
• Experience with Jetpack libraries and other modern software development tools
• Experience developing and launching native Android and iOS apps to Google Play and Apple App Store
