About the Role
The Senior Annuity Growth Consultant role at AmeriLife is a unique opportunity to join a leader in the development and distribution of annuity, life, and health insurance solutions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing agent relationships. With a focus on remote work and digital skills, this role is ideal for experienced insurance professionals looking to take their career to the next level.The role entails working closely with agents to identify opportunities across Indexed Annuities and Indexed Universal Life (IUL) solutions. You will also be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new agents, as well as collaborating with carrier partners to strengthen relationships and maximize value. As a Senior Annuity Growth Consultant, you will be an integral part of the team, contributing to marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and growth initiatives.

What You Will Do
- Partner with agents to identify opportunities across Indexed Annuities and Indexed Universal Life (IUL) solutions
- Recruit and onboard new agents looking to grow their business
- Collaborate with carrier partners to strengthen relationships and maximize value
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and growth initiatives
- Support agents with IUL product positioning and case design to drive adoption and sales
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and carrier partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales and growth
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales and growth targets
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and growth
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a sales or consulting role
- Strong knowledge of annuity and life insurance products, including Indexed Annuities and Indexed Universal Life (IUL) solutions
- Proven track record of driving sales and growth in a remote work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with agents and carrier partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on digital skills and remote work
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or finance

- Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools
- Knowledge of marketing campaigns and incentive programs
- Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
- Certification in insurance or a related field, such as CLU or ChFC
