What You Will Do
- Plan, review, and revise functional configuration, customizations, automation, and enhancements, system maintenance, and business process testing
- Build and maintain reporting, integrations, and automation workflows to improve data flow and operational efficiency
- Research and resolve issues, design new workflows
- Provide thought leadership in best practices and provide solutions
- Evaluate business needs and develop systems to meet them
- Collaborate with various teams to determine the best solution to address their needs
- Manage the delivery of NetSuite initiatives and business processes
- Ensure the optimal performance of the ERP ecosystem
- Develop and maintain technical and functional assistance
- Architect, implement, train, support, document, and manage ERP systems
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in application engineering or a related field
- Expertise in NetSuite and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and integrations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Experience with middleware or custom Python scripts
- Knowledge of Excel and other productivity tools
