About the Role
The Senior Associate, Live Operations Parcel Strategy & Operations will manage daily tactical site regional operations, focusing on Live Operations and sortation or transportation considerations.Responsibilities
- Oversee live, tactical operations of 60+ locations and associated transportation lanes across a national hub and spoke network
- Design, build, and execute data-based alerting to inform larger scale initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with central teams to ensure customer satisfaction
