Senior Associate Finance

## About the Role Aksia is seeking a Senior Associate to join their internal finance team, supporting the firm through day-to-day accounting operations, payroll, banking, and broader financial support. This role will also manage the firm's tax compliance, with a focus on tax allocations and partnership taxation, as well as administration of deferred compensation and carried interest programs. ## Responsibilities - Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion.

• Prepare and review management financial reporting packages, including P&L reconciliations, variance analysis, and supporting schedules.
• Oversee preparation of annual financial statements and work with external auditors to issue audits.
• Design and monitor internal controls over financial reporting, including documentation of key processes and controls.
• Partner with the CFO on cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and capital allocation decisions.
