Senior Associate Finance

## About the Role The Senior Associate Finance role at Pearl is a 6-8 month contract position that requires a dedicated and detail-focused individual to manage routine accounting tasks and support the month-end closure cycle. As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of core accounting concepts and advanced Excel capabilities. The ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, deadline-driven work environment is essential. The role entails day-to-day management of accounting tasks, including vendor onboarding, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and supporting the month-end closure cycle. ## What You Will Do - Collect vendor onboarding documents, prepare vendor master details, and obtain approvals - Manage the AP inbox and respond to vendor queries promptly - Maintain accurate and updated vendor records - Post weekly bank entries in Intacct - Perform monthly bank, credit card, and wallet reconciliations - Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions - Support the month-end closure cycle - Collaborate with the finance team to achieve departmental goals - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency - Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
