Senior Associate, Physical Security Initiatives

About the Role

Day-to-day, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including the Security Enablement Engineering team and Workplace partners, to execute strategic projects and implement integrated systems that enhance security while aligning with company-wide priorities and user experience goals. Your ability to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution will be crucial in driving the end-to-end delivery of initiatives and ensuring that scalable systems enhance trust and efficiency across corporate environments.

What You Will Do

• Execute strategic projects that transform physical security solutions for employees and guests globally.
• Support the deployment and configuration of automated systems, including access control, visitor management, and emergency response technology.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Workplace, IT, Legal, and HR to ensure security workflows align with company-wide priorities and user experience goals.
• Conduct research and help build business cases for new security vendors, tools, and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain and update global standards for physical security systems to ensure consistency in user experience across all office locations.
• Collect and analyze data from security systems and employee feedback to report on program effectiveness and KPIs.
• Assist in running pilot programs and design sprints, incorporating stakeholder feedback to iterate on security processes.
• Coordinate operations as the central point of contact for project-specific coordination between operations, engineering, and site-level teams.
• Evaluate and test technology to identify best practices and areas for improvement in physical security.
• Support the development of training programs to ensure that all stakeholders understand and can effectively use new security systems and technologies.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in program coordination, physical security operations, or technology-focused project management, with a minimum of 3-5 years.
• A proven track record of supporting or leading complex initiatives involving technology implementation and stakeholder coordination.
• Systematic thinking with the ability to break down complex processes into clear, actionable workflows and documentation.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical security requirements for non-technical partners.
• Hands-on experience with physical security technology, such as access control, visitor management, or identity systems.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and be comfortable with adapting to new situations and challenges.
• User-centric mindset, believing that security should be a seamless, inclusive part of the employee experience.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to draw insights from data to inform security decisions.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to effectively coordinate projects and timelines.
