About the Role
The Senior Associate, Sales Enablement role at DoorDash is a critical position that drives sales performance through enablement programs. As a key member of the Sales Enablement team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners in Sales, Product, and RevOps to design and deliver training programs that equip sellers with the knowledge, skills, and processes to drive sales growth. You will be responsible for managing the enablement lifecycle, from content creation to delivery and reporting, and will serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders and sellers.The Sales Enablement team at DoorDash is responsible for driving measurable productivity improvements across the company's go-to-market organizations. The team partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to design and deliver critical enablement programs that activate the business to drive sales performance. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in driving the success of the Commerce Platform sales team, which sells DoorDash's suite of tools to restaurant operators across the country.
What You Will Do
- Own the enablement lifecycle for Commerce Platform sellers, from content creation to delivery and reporting
- Design and deliver training programs that equip sellers with the knowledge, skills, and processes to drive sales growth
- Manage the creation and maintenance of sales enablement content, including training materials, sales sheets, and playbooks
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs that drive seller readiness and product adoption
- Analyze data to identify gaps in sales performance and develop strategies to address them
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales leaders and sellers to understand their needs and provide support
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to develop and deliver enablement programs that drive sales performance
- Manage the coordination of calendars, communication plans, readiness timelines, and enablement workflows
- Support the design and delivery of training for new Commerce Platform capabilities, including Pro tier features, mobile app enhancements, loyalty program updates, and Pathfinder POS releases
- Track training engagement, satisfaction, and adoption metrics, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field
- Experience with GTM, Salesforce, and Excel
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with sales enablement platforms and tools, such as Sales Loft or Showpad
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing principles
Nice to Have
- Experience with Commerce Platform sales or a related field
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and the food delivery industry
- Experience with training design and delivery, including the ability to create engaging and interactive training content
- Certification in sales enablement or a related field, such as CSPE or CSE
- Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
