About the Role
The Senior B2B Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing corporate communication and marketing initiatives that support the organization's brand, reputation, and market presence. This role entails working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve communication and marketing objectives, while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO, providing strategic guidance on marketing initiatives and campaign management.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve managing marketing campaigns, communication materials, and digital platforms, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company's overall business objectives. The Senior B2B Marketing Executive will also be responsible for leading brand and campaign management, performance analysis, and content development, while maintaining and strengthening the company's digital presence.
As a key member of the marketing team, the Senior B2B Marketing Executive will be expected to drive collaboration between marketing and sales teams, defining and prioritizing target market segments to ensure effective positioning of the company in communication strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the latest marketing trends, as well as the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
What You Will Do
- Execute corporate communication strategies, initiatives, and campaigns aligned with organizational objectives and business priorities
- Develop and communicate key messaging, brand narratives, and value propositions that effectively position the organization's services and capabilities
- Drive collaboration between marketing and sales teams to define and prioritize target market segments
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and customer expectations
- Manage external communication activities and engagement initiatives for clients, partners, industry bodies, prospective customers, media representatives, and other key stakeholders
- Support the organization's brand and reputation management efforts by reviewing communication materials and monitoring external communication outputs
- Coordinate the development and distribution of external communication materials such as corporate announcements, press releases, newsletters, leadership messages, company profiles, presentations, and other corporate communication or branding materials
- Implement the social media marketing strategy aimed at engaging and growing the online community
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media and digital media platforms
- Manage the implementation of social media advertising campaigns to reach targeted audiences and increase website traffic
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B setting
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of data analysis and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other marketing tools
- Experience with social media marketing and content development
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
