What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable backend systems using Python and Django
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop high-quality, reusable, and efficient code that meets the company's standards
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall codebase
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support to the development team as needed
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve the company's products and services
- Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure the smooth deployment of applications
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience building products with Python and Django
- High proficiency in SQL with experience using databases like PostgreSQL
- Experience scaling cloud infrastructures with Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience managing cloud infrastructures, specifically AWS or GCP
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and related tools
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and excellent communication skills
- Intermediate-advanced English level
- Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with agile development methodologies
Nice to Have
- Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection
- Experience with containerization using Docker
