About the Role
Ava Labs is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join their Crypto Custody team, working remotely to design and develop secure blockchain wallet systems.Responsibilities
- Innovate & Architect: Design and maintain crypto wallet systems using Golang, focusing on multi-party computation (MPC) and multi-signature configurations.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with various departments to optimize setups and configurations for Ava Labs products.
- Drive Product Advancements: Assess client needs and recommend solutions while establishing secure architectures for mass adoption.
- Exhibit Extreme Ownership: Take initiative in delivering high-quality backend solutions and continuously embrace challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend engineering with a focus on building crypto wallets or blockchain-related products.
- Strong understanding of UTXO and Account models, state management, and consensus mechanisms.
- Experience in secure coding practices and a dedication to high-performance system design.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of market trends in blockchain technology and cryptography could provide an advantage.
