Senior Blockchain Developer

About the Role

The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, designing and implementing blockchain architectures, and ensuring the successful deployment of projects. You will have the freedom to choose your schedule and work asynchronously, with minimal overlap with team members. What You Will Do

• Develop and implement blockchain-based solutions using Web3.js, Ethereum, or Solana
• Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide technical guidance
• Design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient blockchain systems
• Develop smart contracts and deploy them on various blockchain platforms
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain development
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure successful project delivery
• Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technologies and trends
• Participate in the development of new features and products

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of experience in Web3.js, Ethereum, or Solana ecosystem
• Strong expertise in React and Node.js, with at least 2 commercial projects
• Experience with smart contracts and blockchain development
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to create projects from scratch
• Clear and effective communication in English, with advanced ability to discuss business tasks and technical issues
• Good self-presentation and ability to communicate with clients
• Strong self-organizational skills, with the ability to work full-time remotely with no supervision
• Reliability and adaptability, with the ability to onboard projects promptly and deliver results quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI Agent Architecture, AI Automation Architecture, or AI Engineering
• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps
• Familiarity with React & Python, React & Golang, or other programming languages
• Experience with Data Science, Data Engineering, or Project Management
• Certification in blockchain development or related fields
