About the Role

The Senior Brand Designer role at DualEntry is a unique opportunity to own the visual identity of a fast-growing AI startup. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for setting the standard for craft, beauty, and speed across every touchpoint. With a focus on driving growth and differentiation, you will collaborate closely with the GTM teams to deliver high-quality creative assets.

What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end design output across brand, marketing, digital, and product visuals
  • Build and deliver high-speed, high-quality creative assets across ads, landing pages, website, campaigns, motion graphics, and product-facing visuals
  • Collaborate with founders, product, engineering, and GTM teams to drive clarity, differentiation, and beauty at speed
  • Define, evolve, and scale DualEntry's design system and visual identity
  • Solve complex visual and brand challenges with systems thinking and fast iteration
  • Deliver creative that directly influences customer perception, revenue, and product adoption
  • Work closely with the team to ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's mission, values, and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand design

What We Are Looking For

  • 6+ years of professional design experience across digital, brand, and motion
  • Proven track record in high-growth environments
  • Deep expertise in Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects, and 3D tools like Blender/Cinema4D
  • Strong visual taste, craft, and attention to detail
  • Ability to produce at high speed without sacrificing quality
  • Hardcore work ethic and high agency
  • Experience guiding and managing freelancers
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Nice to Have

  • SaaS or FinTech experience
  • Experience with design systems and scaling design teams
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles and workflows
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana or Trello
