About the Role
The Senior Business Analyst position at Celerity Consulting Group is a critical role that entails working closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. As a senior analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing client needs, developing functional specifications, and collaborating with technical teams to design and implement solutions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry, including enterprise systems, data analytics, and digital transformation. Your ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively will be essential in this role.
What You Will Do
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes, needs, and objectives related to field service operations
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for enterprise solutions
- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas where current systems fall short of client needs
- Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices
- Assist in configuring and customizing tools to meet specific client needs
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards
- Serve as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and obtain stakeholder buy-in
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to enhance client business processes through the effective use of FSM solutions
- Recommend best practices and innovative solutions to improve field service operations and efficiency
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Enterprise/Field Service Management solutions
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution implementation
- Familiarity with business integration requirements across technology stack (ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, Datawarehouse, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with SQL to access, retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS SharePoint, and process design tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
