## About the Role As a Senior Business Analyst at Upstream Rehabilitation, you will play a critical role in driving cross-functional initiatives across the organization. Your primary focus will be on leading the requirement definition, design, and implementation of complex projects, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to deliver solutions that create measurable value. You will be responsible for driving clarity, managing change, and supporting successful implementation, working closely with technical teams to evaluate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals and compliance needs.

## What You Will Do - Lead end-to-end requirements for complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery and scope definition to delivery - Partner with business, product, engineering, and QA stakeholders to align on approach, milestones, risks, and success metrics - Facilitate stakeholder workshops to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and design improved future-state workflows - Create and manage clear, actionable deliverables, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mapping, and business rules - Own requirements across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring traceability and effectively managing evolving scope and priorities - Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals and compliance needs - Support QA and UAT to validate outcomes, resolve defects, and ensure high-quality releases - Communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and consistency - Drive implementation readiness, documentation, and adoption, while mentoring others and elevating Business Analyst best practices - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technical teams

## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field - 5+ years of experience delivering complex initiatives as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst across the SDLC (Agile and/or Waterfall) - Proven ability to lead discovery, define requirements, and produce clear, actionable deliverables - Experience partnering cross-functionally with business, product, engineering, and QA to manage scope, ensure traceability, and drive delivery - Strong understanding of systems, integrations, and data flows, with the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes - Confident communicator and facilitator who can align stakeholders and translate between business and technical teams - Analytical, organized, and self-directed, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results

## Nice to Have - Experience leading large-scale initiatives and driving business process improvements - Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and standards - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Asana - Certification in Business Analysis, such as CBAP or CCBA
