About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand the company's presence in the market
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Business Development and the Sales Director to develop and execute sales plans
  • Manage sales data, track progress, and analyze market trends using Salesforce and Excel
  • Develop and negotiate contracts with clients
  • Provide management and support for new business pipeline development
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and increase market awareness of Electric Power Engineers' capabilities and value proposition

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce and Excel
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
