About the Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager at Nuvei, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's presence in the DACH market. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will be working closely with the VP Commercial DACH and other cross-functional teams to achieve your goals.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fintech industry, particularly in the payment processing sector. You should be well-versed in the latest trends and technologies, with a keen eye for innovation and a passion for staying ahead of the curve. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a complex sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all sales activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and expansion in the DACH market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on building strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Manage a complex sales pipeline, including lead generation, prospecting, and conversion
- Negotiate contracts and ensure that all sales activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth and innovation
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications
- Identify and develop new sales partnership programs with merchants and other key stakeholders
- Actively understand the prospects' business and global payments footprint, their strategic growth plans, and competitive landscape
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fintech or payment processing industry
- Proven track record of success in complex sales environments, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of the fintech industry, including the latest trends and technologies
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Fluency in German and English, with other languages being an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Ability to build internal and external relationships, and to leverage these relationships to drive sales growth and innovation
- Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions
