About the Role

The Senior Business Development Manager, Technology Partnerships, will play a pivotal role in Webflow's growth strategy. The Senior Business Development Manager will report to the Director, Business Development, and work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and sales. This role demands a high level of autonomy, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Be the primary relationship owner for key strategic partners, managing joint business planning, executive alignment, and operational coordination.
  • Lead the entire lifecycle for new strategic partnerships - from strategy, sourcing, contract negotiation, execution, to ongoing relationship management.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Webflow’s internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment across product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities for product integrations between Webflow and market-leading technologies.
  • Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and launch joint solutions.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing to launch impactful co-marketing initiatives like joint content, events, webinars, case studies, and more.
  • Drive mutual co-selling success between Webflow and select technology partners.
  • Create, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Webflow's products and services, as well as those of its partners.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies that could impact Webflow's partnerships strategy.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, technology partnerships, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • High level of autonomy and self-motivation, with the ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of Webflow's mission and values.
