About the Role
The Senior Business Development Representative is a high-leverage, operator-level position designed to act as an extension of the leadership team. Your primary mission is to aggressively expand CrewBloom's market footprint while reclaiming founder bandwidth. This role entails owning the end-to-end sales engine, optimizing the go-to-market strategy, and executing with high agency to turn cold prospects into long-term partners.As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing the entire top-of-funnel and mid-funnel process, ensuring that founders only engage at the final stages of the sales cycle.
The Senior Business Development Representative will be working closely with the leadership team to refine the sales strategy, iterate on sales collateral, and experiment with new outreach channels to increase conversion rates.
What You Will Do
- Act as a strategic filter for leadership, managing the entire top-of-funnel and mid-funnel process
- Optimize the sales engine, refining the pitch, iterating on sales collateral, and experimenting with new outreach channels
- Position yourself as a consultant, diagnosing complex business pain points and architecting solutions that align with the prospect's long-term ROI
- Maintain a high-velocity, high-accuracy CRM environment, ensuring data is a reliable source of truth for executive decision-making
- Synthesize market resistance and competitor shifts into actionable insights for the Product and Marketing teams
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that expands CrewBloom's market footprint
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including founders and C-suite executives
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in B2B growth, navigating complex sales cycles within the tech or services industry
- Proven track record of closing meaningful business, exceeding quotas, and identifying untapped market segments
- Advanced proficiency in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and modern sales acceleration tools
- Strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn "No" into "Not yet" or "Yes" through creative negotiation and value-based selling
- High-agency operator with the ability to fix process gaps and take initiative
- Expert communicator with the ability to distill complex value propositions into persuasive narratives
- Data-informed decision-making skills, with the ability to use conversion data to decide where to spend your next hour for maximum impact
- Resilient and proactive, with the ability to view objections as data points and setbacks as opportunities to pivot the strategy
